Hungarian vocalist Livia Zita joined in 2003 to provide female vocals, the first time King Diamond had worked with another vocalist on any of his projects apart from guest appearances.

This single LP album of Fatal Portrait was released on 13 March 2026 by Metal Blade Records and is described as a limited edition reissue.
