Alcest | Souvenirs D'un Autre Monde (White/Green Marble Vinyl) | LP

Alcest is a French band created by Neige in early 2000. It began as a solo project, and a few months later other musicians joined him, turning it into a band. The group started out playing raw black metal, but after the first demo, Tristesse Hivernale, its sound took on strong post-rock and shoegaze influences, and its direction and concept shifted towards more intimate themes. Neige chose the name for its ethereal sound.

Souvenirs D'Un Autre Monde is a vinyl LP album on one disc, released on 22 May 2026 by Prophecy Productions in Germany. Neige performs vocals and is credited as composer, lyricist and recording engineer, and Martin Koller produced the album. Its style is blackgaze.
