Aled Jones | Blessings | CD

Aled Jones is a Welsh singer whose recordings connect classical vocal traditions with sacred music and popular song. His performances give expressive phrasing and clear melodies a central role, supported by orchestral and instrumental accompaniment that allows the character of his voice to lead.

Aled Jones - Blessings includes How Can I Keep from Singing? (Arr. by Ian Tilley & Fiona Pears), Sunrise Sunset (Arr. by Fiona Pears), Ave Maria (Arr. by Simon Lole). The programme places Aled Jones’s distinctive performances within a sequence of contrasting musical passages, presented here in a CD edition.
