Amon Amarth | Berserker | CD

Amon Amarth are a Swedish melodic death metal band whose lyrics frequently draw on Norse mythology and Viking history. Harmonised guitars, forceful drumming and Johan Hegg's harsh vocals combine a heavy rhythmic foundation with clearly defined melodies.

Berserker, released in 2019, was produced by Jay Ruston. The album develops the band's mythological storytelling through large-scale guitar arrangements and anthemic refrains, and marks their first studio album with drummer Jocke Wallgren.
