Arch Enemy | Rise of the Tyrant (2023 Reissue) | CD

Arch Enemy are a Swedish melodic death metal band founded by guitarist Michael Amott. Their sound combines intricate guitar harmonies and solos with harsh vocals and tightly controlled rhythms, balancing melodic writing with the intensity of extreme metal.

Rise of the Tyrant was released in 2007 and produced by Fredrik Nordström. Featuring Angela Gossow and the reunited guitar pairing of Michael and Christopher Amott, it develops the group's melodic death metal approach through layered leads, forceful riffs and politically charged lyrics.

This CD is the 2023 reissue of the original album.
