Baba Ali | Memory Device | CD

Baba Ali are a duo whose recordings connect expressive vocals with electronic production and rhythmic guitar textures. Their music gives repetition, distinctive bass patterns and changing sound layers a central role, balancing direct hooks with the atmosphere of experimental dance and post-punk arrangements.

Memory Device includes Draggin' on, Black Wagon, Thought Leader. The programme places Baba Ali’s distinctive performances within a sequence of contrasting musical passages, presented here in a CD edition.
