Bjork | Utopia | CD

Björk is an Icelandic singer, songwriter and producer whose work combines electronic music with acoustic and orchestral instrumentation. Her distinctive vocal phrasing and experimental arrangements connect personal expression with an interest in unusual textures, rhythms and musical forms.

Released in 2017, Utopia develops a sound world of flutes, birdsong and electronic production, created in collaboration with Arca. Following the separation narrative of Vulnicura, it turns towards new relationships and imagined possibilities through expansive, intricately layered arrangements.
