Bjork | Vulnicura | CD

Björk is an Icelandic singer, songwriter and producer whose work combines electronic music with acoustic and orchestral instrumentation. Her distinctive vocal phrasing and experimental arrangements connect personal expression with an interest in unusual textures, rhythms and musical forms.

Released in 2015, Vulnicura documents the breakdown of a relationship and its aftermath. String arrangements sit alongside electronic production, with contributions from Arca and the Haxan Cloak, creating a detailed musical setting for the album's emotional narrative.
