Bjork | Vulnicura Strings | CD

Björk is an Icelandic singer, songwriter and producer whose work combines electronic music with acoustic and orchestral instrumentation. Her distinctive vocal phrasing and experimental arrangements connect personal expression with an interest in unusual textures, rhythms and musical forms.

Vulnicura Strings revisits the material from Vulnicura in voice-and-strings arrangements. Released in 2015, this companion album removes the electronic beats to expose the orchestral writing and vocal performances, offering a different perspective on the original album's relationship narrative.
