Black Sabbath | Syracuse 1976 | CD

Black Sabbath is a band formed in Birmingham, UK, in 1968 by Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward. Considered by many to be the first heavy metal band, its original line-up lasted until 1979, after which Ronnie James Dio replaced Osbourne.

Syracuse 1976 is an unofficial CD by Black Sabbath, released in 2022 on the X-Ray label. The recording is credited to Syracuse, New York, but is in fact from Civic Arena, Pittsburgh, PA, on 8 December 1976. The songs are credited to Bill Ward, Geezer Butler, Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iommi, and the disc was made from lossy material, probably from mp3 files.
