Blondie | Parallel Lines | CD

Blondie emerged from New York’s downtown scene, combining punk energy with pop melodies, new wave textures and Deborah Harry’s unmistakable vocals. The group became internationally influential through its ability to move between rock, disco and radio-friendly pop.

Parallel Lines is the band’s 1978 breakthrough, produced by Mike Chapman. Songs such as Heart of Glass, One Way or Another and Sunday Girl showcase the group’s sharp hooks and stylistic range.
