Borknagar | Universal (2023 Reissue) | CD

Borknagar are a Norwegian metal band whose music combines black metal elements with progressive arrangements and melodic singing. Their recordings use contrasting vocal styles, keyboards and changing instrumental textures.

Originally released in 2010, Universal is revisited in this 2023 CD reissue. The programme includes Havoc and Reason, continuing the band's combination of heavy passages with broader melodic and atmospheric writing.
