Boston Symphony Orchestra / Seiji Ozawa | Respighi: Pines of Rome, Roman Festivals & Fountains of Rome | 2LP

Seiji Ozawa was a Japanese conductor with a long association with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Their recordings cover a broad orchestral repertoire and reflect the ensemble's work under his musical direction.

This vinyl release presents Respighi's three Roman symphonic poems: Pines of Rome, Roman Festivals and Fountains of Rome. The works depict contrasting scenes through orchestral colour, with movements organised into the supported record programmes.
