Springsteen, Bruce | Darkness On The Edge Of Town | CD

Bruce Springsteen is an American singer-songwriter and rock musician, nicknamed The Boss, known for his poetic lyrics, his Jersey Shore roots and his lengthy, energetic stage performances. He released his first album in 1973, and his backing group is the E Street Band. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a performer and into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1999.

Darkness On The Edge Of Town is a 2015 single-disc CD reissue of Bruce Springsteen's fourth studio album, first released in June 1978, and it is remastered from the original source tapes. The album followed a three-year gap between records, brought on by contractual obligations and a legal battle with his former manager. Bruce Springsteen and Jon Landau are credited as producers, and the singles Prove It All Night, Badlands and The Promised Land appear on it.
