Cat Stevens | Tea for the Tillerman (50th Anniversary Expanded Edition) | 2CD
£10.00
Cat Stevens is a British singer-songwriter whose early 1970s work combines acoustic guitar, expressive vocals and reflective writing. His songs draw on folk and pop traditions, using direct melodies and carefully restrained arrangements to explore identity, relationships and spiritual questions.
Originally released in 1970, Tea for the Tillerman pairs personal songs with a largely acoustic ensemble setting. This two-CD edition revisits the album's material, which includes Father and Son and Wild World, within an expanded presentation of that recording period.
