Chris Cain | Cuttin' Loose | CD

Chris Cain is an American blues guitarist and singer whose playing draws on blues phrasing and jazz-informed musical ideas. His recordings combine guitar lines with full-band arrangements and a low, expressive vocal style.

Cuttin' Loose belongs to his early Blind Pig catalogue. The thirteen-track programme places Cain's singing and guitar work within electric blues arrangements, including both direct band songs and more spacious instrumental passages.
