D4VD | Petals To Thorns - Translucent | 1LP

d4vd is an American singer-songwriter whose recordings combine alternative pop, guitar textures and intimate vocals. His songs often use a sparse, atmospheric sound to explore romance, isolation and emotional uncertainty.

Petals to Thorns introduces d4vd through a nine-song programme that resists a single genre label. Romantic Homicide and Here With Me place intimate vocals alongside guitar-based alternative pop, capturing the early recordings that brought the songwriter wider attention.
