DeBarge | The Best of DeBarge: The Millennium Collection | CD

DeBarge were an American family group whose recordings joined soul vocal harmonies with pop and dance-oriented R&B. Their work combines smooth lead singing with layered backing voices, moving between ballads and rhythmically brighter songs associated with their 1980s catalogue.

This 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection CD brings together selected recordings from DeBarge's career. The programme focuses on their established repertoire, presenting the contrast between their reflective ballads and more upbeat pop-soul recordings within a single retrospective collection.
