Deep Purple | Live In London 2002 (3Lp/Impor | 1LP
£43.00
Deep Purple are a British rock band whose work helped shape hard rock. The interplay of electric guitar, keyboards and a powerful rhythm section runs through their catalogue, which spans early psychedelic recordings, classic heavy rock and later studio and live releases.
This recording documents Deep Purple at London's Hammersmith Apollo on 22 February 2002. The concert is among Jon Lord's final performances with the band, capturing the Mark VII line-up shortly before Don Airey took over the keyboard role.
