Deep Purple | Deep Purple-Stockholm 1970 | CD

Deep Purple are a British rock band whose work helped shape hard rock. The interplay of electric guitar, keyboards and a powerful rhythm section runs through their catalogue, which spans early psychedelic recordings, classic heavy rock and later studio and live releases.

Stockholm 1970 captures Deep Purple in concert during an early period of the band's classic hard-rock development. This reissue presents remastered audio alongside additional recordings made in Paris in 1970, with filmed material included in the accompanying DVD package.
