Dinosaur Jr | Hand It Over (2cd Deluxe Expanded Edition) | 2CD

Dinosaur Jr. is an indie rock band formed in 1983 after the breakup of a hardcore band of which Lou Barlow and J Mascis were members. The band was originally named Dinosaur, but the name changed to Dinosaur Jr. after a supergroup sued them over the use of that name, following the release of You're Living All Over Me in 1987. After the 2005 reissue of their first three albums, the original lineup of J Mascis, Lou Barlow and Murph reformed to tour that material and then returned to the studio to record new music.

Hand It Over is a two CD set by Dinosaur Jr. on Cherry Red, released on 3 April 2026. It is the band's seventh album and its final major label release, and the first disc includes the 1997 Take a Run at the Sun EP alongside the album tracks. The second disc contains live recordings from Stockholm in August 1997, which were previously unreleased.
