Dinosaur Jr | Without A Sound: 2cd Deluxe Expanded Edition | 2CD

Dinosaur Jr. is an indie rock band formed in 1983 after the breakup of a hardcore band of which Lou Barlow and J Mascis were members. The band was originally named Dinosaur, but the name changed to Dinosaur Jr. after a supergroup sued them over the use of that name, following the release of You're Living All Over Me in 1987. After the 2005 reissue of their first three albums, the original lineup of J Mascis, Lou Barlow and Murph reformed to tour that material and then returned to the studio to record new music.

This two-disc reissue of Without A Sound was released on 27 September 2019 by Cherry Red and is remastered. The first disc combines the album with B-sides and previously unreleased tracks, and the second disc collects a live recording made at Brixton Academy for BBC Radio One on 8 October 1994. The producer credit is J Mascis.
