DION | Deja Nu | CD

Dion is an American singer whose career connects doo-wop, early rock and roll and later roots music. His recordings place a distinctive vocal style and a strong sense of rhythm at the centre of both original songs and interpretations.

Déjà Nu connects Dion's newer writing with the doo-wop character of his earlier recordings. Shu Bop and In New York City sit alongside versions of Bruce Springsteen's Book of Dreams and If I Should Fall Behind.
