Dizzy Gillespie & Charlie Park | Bird & Diz | 3CD

Dizzy Gillespie and Charlie Parker were central figures in the development of bebop. Gillespie's trumpet and Parker's alto saxophone brought rhythmic invention and harmonic complexity into jazz, establishing a language that shaped later improvisers.

Bird & Diz is presented in this CD edition. The 25-track programme opens with CD (Compact Disc), includes Wee, and closes with Ooh Shoobee Doobee / School Days.
