Echo Collective | Jóhann Jóhannsson: 12 Conversations with Thilo Heinzmann | CD

Echo Collective are a Brussels-based ensemble working across contemporary classical music and collaborations with composers and recording artists. Their performances connect chamber-music precision with a willingness to explore electronic textures and projects that sit outside traditional concert repertoire.

Released in 2019, 12 Conversations with Thilo Heinzmann presents Jóhann Jóhannsson's work for string quartet and electronics. Created in dialogue with the painter Thilo Heinzmann, the music unfolds as a sequence of short movements, performed here by Echo Collective.
