Genesis | Lie Down In Liverpool (2cd) | 2CD

Genesis were formed at Charterhouse School in Godalming, Surrey, in 1967, and are among the top 30 highest-selling recording artists of all time. Their early work, with founder member Peter Gabriel as vocalist, was characterised by complex song structures and elaborate instrumentation. After Gabriel left in August 1975, Phil Collins took on lead vocals, and the remaining three members moved into more accessible pop-based music, which brought huge growth in the band's popularity through the 1980s and early 1990s.

Lie Down In Liverpool is a two disc release by Genesis, issued on the GOSSIP label and released on 6 March 2026. The release is classed as rock and progressive rock.
