Genesis | Wind & Wuthering (Og | 1LP

Genesis grew from the English progressive rock scene into one of the most successful groups in popular music. Their catalogue connects elaborate arrangements and extended song structures with increasingly direct melodies, while keyboards, expressive guitar parts and tightly organised rhythm sections provide a recognisable musical identity.

Wind & Wuthering captures Genesis in its 1976 progressive rock period and is the group's last studio album with guitarist Steve Hackett. Your Own Special Way sits alongside more extended compositions, with Tony Banks' keyboards and the band's detailed ensemble playing linking intimate songs and larger musical structures.
