Gilmore And Roberts | A Problem Of Our Kind | CD

Gilmore and Roberts are the British folk duo of Katriona Gilmore and Jamie Roberts. Their songs combine fiddle, guitar and close vocal interplay with detailed storytelling, allowing original writing and acoustic musicianship to develop through the conversation between two distinctive performers.

A Problem of Our Kind brings Gilmore and Roberts' original folk writing into a programme shaped by fiddle, guitar and shared vocals. The songs use detailed stories and contrasting musical textures to develop their themes, while the duo's close instrumental partnership supplies continuity across the record.
