Gipsy Kings | Gipsy Kings | CD

The Gipsy Kings are a group whose music brings flamenco influenced guitar playing and vocals into an accessible popular song setting. Their recordings use interlocking rhythms, expressive singing and bright acoustic textures to connect dance energy with memorable melodies.

Gipsy Kings presents the group's breakthrough album programme, with Bamboleo among the songs that established their international identity. Rhythmic acoustic guitars, percussion and expressive singing give the music its momentum, while more reflective pieces provide contrast within the same distinctive rumba influenced ensemble sound.
