Gipsy Kings-Mosa?Que | Gipsy Kings-Mosaïque | CD

The Gipsy Kings are a group whose music brings flamenco influenced guitar playing and vocals into an accessible popular song setting. Their recordings use interlocking rhythms, expressive singing and bright acoustic textures to connect dance energy with memorable melodies.

Mosaïque develops the Gipsy Kings' combination of acoustic guitar rhythm and expressive vocals. Volare sits alongside original songs and instrumental pieces, giving the album both immediate melodic appeal and space for the musicians' ensemble playing. The contrasting selections retain the group's distinctive rhythmic character throughout.
