Gloria Estefan | MI Tierra | CD

Gloria Estefan is a Cuban American singer whose music connects Latin rhythms and Spanish language song with international pop. Her clear melodic delivery works across dance material and ballads, giving contrasting arrangements continuity through an expressive and immediately recognisable vocal presence.

Mi Tierra connects Gloria Estefan's voice with Spanish language songs and Cuban musical traditions. Rhythmic dance material and more reflective performances share the same programme, using acoustic instruments and expressive arrangements to give the album continuity through its relationship with musical heritage and personal identity.
