God Is My Co-Pilot | The Peel Sessions | CD

God Is My Co-Pilot are an American group whose music combines punk energy with improvisation and a wide range of other influences. Their recordings favour individual character over conventional song forms, allowing shifts of language, rhythm and instrumentation to become part of the expressive approach.

The Peel Sessions presents God Is My Co-Pilot in the broadcast recording setting associated with John Peel's programme. The performances preserve the band's direct, unconventional ensemble approach, allowing changes of rhythm, language and texture to reveal a different perspective from their studio album releases.
