Goldie | Journey Man, The | CD

Goldie is a British producer and musician closely associated with drum and bass. His recordings connect intricate breakbeats and bass lines with orchestral scale, vocal performances and atmospheric production, expanding club rooted ideas into music with a broad dramatic and emotional range.

The Journey Man presents Goldie's drum and bass language within an extended two disc programme. Vocal performances, atmospheric production and broader instrumental textures give the music a dramatic scale, while intricate rhythms remain a central reference point across the album's contrasting musical settings.
