Gotham: Season 1 is a crime drama series that follows the origin stories of several characters created by DC Comics. Detective James Gordon, played by Benjamin McKenzie, and his partner Harvey Bullock, played by Donal Logue, investigate the murders of Thomas and Martha Wayne. Gordon becomes entangled with the Mafia and fakes the death of informant Oswald Cobblepot, played by Robin Lord Taylor, who does not heed the warning and comes back to Gotham with a hidden agenda. Gordon also gets to know the Wayne's son Bruce, played by David Mazouz, who will one day become the vigilante Batman.

This Blu-ray contains all 22 episodes of the first season on one disc, released by Warner Bros on 5 October 2015. The programme has an English soundtrack and runs for 15 hours and 30 minutes. Subtitles are available in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, Finnish, French, Korean, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese, and the disc carries region codes A, B and C.
