Government Issue | Complete History Volume One | 2CD

Government Issue, often referred to as G.I., was a punk rock band from Washington, D.C., active from 1980 to 1989. The group began as a hardcore punk band and gradually incorporated more melodic and alternative rock influences. The band's frontman died in May 2016 after a battle with stomach cancer.

Complete History Volume 1 is a two disc CD release by Government Issue, released in 2021 by DR STRANGE. The release is in the punk and hardcore genres.
