King Arthur is a two-disc album of Henry Purcell's semi-opera, with a libretto by John Dryden, released by Erato in 2018. John Eliot Gardiner conducts the English Baroque Soloists and the Monteverdi Choir, with soloists Stephen Varcoe, Paul Elliott, Ashley Stafford, Elisabeth Priday, Gill Ross, Gillian Fisher and Jennifer Smith. The recording was made in January 1983 at St Giles-Cripplegate, London, and produced by Yolanta Skura.
