Jeff Goldblum | I Shouldn't Be Telling You This | CD

Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra bring the actor and pianist's enthusiasm for jazz into an ensemble setting. Their recordings place keyboard playing, band interplay and guest voices around familiar repertoire, allowing a relaxed musical personality to connect the individual performances.

I Shouldn't Be Telling You This brings Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra together with guest singers around jazz repertoire. The changing voices give the songs different characters, while piano and ensemble interplay provide continuity. The programme presents a collaborative studio setting rather than a solo piano recital.
