Henry, Joe | Henry, Joe-Invisiblehour (2024) | CD

Joe Henry is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1960.

Invisible Hour is Joe Henry's 13th studio album, recorded over four days in July 2013 at his personal studio in California. This 2024 edition is remastered and released on Ear Music, with three bonus tracks: two alternate demo versions of songs from his 2017 album Thrum and a previously unheard demo. The album features The Milk Carton Kids and Lisa Hannigan, who co-wrote the title track with Henry and novelist Colum McCann. Henry describes the album as being about marriage, as a verb rather than a noun.
