Nina Simone | Pastel Blues | VINYL

Nina Simone was an American singer, pianist and activist whose commanding interpretations crossed jazz, blues, classical music, folk and soul. Her recordings unite extraordinary musicianship with emotional truth and an uncompromising social conscience.

Pastel Blues moves from intimate songs to the extended intensity of Sinnerman, with Simone’s piano and vocals shaping a striking range of moods.
