Madvillain | Madvillainy (Audiophile Edition) | VINYL

Madvillain is the collaboration between rapper MF DOOM and producer Madlib. Their music combines intricate wordplay, off-centre beats and a dense collage of sampled sounds.

Madvillainy combines MF DOOM’s dense, unpredictable verses with Madlib’s fragmented beats and sampled textures. Its short songs and abrupt transitions create a distinctive flow, rewarding close listening through the detail of both the rhymes and production.

Edition: 2LP - 180g. Label: Stones Throw Records.
