The Sundays | Static & Silence | VINYL

The Sundays were an English band whose shimmering guitars and Harriet Wheeler’s clear, expressive voice created a singular form of dreamlike indie pop. Their recordings are intimate, melodic and meticulously understated.

Static & Silence presents the Sundays’ melodic guitar sound with a particularly warm, spacious feel. Summertime, Cry and Monochrome give the twelve-track album its mixture of bright pop immediacy and quiet reflection.

Edition: 1LP. Label: Parlophone.
