Urban Verbs | Early Damage | CD

Urban Verbs were an American post-punk band whose angular arrangements and art-school sensibility emerged from Washington, D.C.’s late-1970s scene. Their recordings mix nervous rhythm, atmospheric guitar and coolly observed vocals.

Early Damage places Urban Verbs’ angular guitars and nervous rhythms within atmospheric post-punk arrangements, including the contrasting moods of Subways and The Only One Of You.
