Lunar Aurora is a German black metal act founded in 1994 by Aran and Whyrhd. The band combines grim black metal with symphonic, ambient and modern classical elements. After seven further albums, two vinyl splits and contributions to some compilations, with few line-up changes, Aran and Sindar put the project on hold.
