Mice Parade | Candela | CD

Mice Parade is the solo project of Adam Pierce, and its name is an anagram of Pierce's name. Pierce previously played with the low-fi pop band Swirlies. The music sounds electronic but hardly uses any samples, and its instruments are played live and recorded in one take, most of them by Pierce himself.

Candela is a 2013 album by Mice Parade, issued as a single CD on the FatCat Records label. Adam Pierce is credited with instruments and voice, and Caroline Lufkin with voice. The performers listed are Dan Lippel, Gisellse Saad Assi, Jeremy Backofen, Jeremy Thal, Joshua Larue, Larry Moses and Peter Truffa. It is classed as indie rock.
