Muse | Origin Of Symmetry | 1LP

Muse are an English rock band whose recordings combine heavy guitar, prominent bass and drums with keyboards and orchestral influences. Matt Bellamy's wide-ranging vocals and the trio's use of contrasting dynamics connect direct rock songs with more elaborate musical structures.

Originally released in 2001, Origin of Symmetry expands the band's sound through heavier riffs, keyboard passages and extended arrangements. The album develops the approach introduced on Showbiz, bringing instrumental contrasts and dramatic vocal performances into a more exploratory setting.
