Nytt Land | Aba Khan | LP

Nytt Land is a Russian folk project that began as a folk-rock band in a remote Siberian province. Within less than a year it had become one of the most prominent Russian folk projects. The project focuses on ancient Scandinavia, and its music is mostly based on sources from the Poetic Edda, performed in Old Icelandic. Both male and female voices are used, reflecting older vocal techniques.

Aba Khan is a single-disc vinyl LP album by Nytt Land, released on 20 February 2026 by Prophecy Productions. The release is from Europe and has folk and Nordic styles, with folk, world and country, and pagan metal given as genres.
