Pharoahe Monch is an American rapper from Queens, New York City. He is a member of the hip hop group Organized Konfusion and of the group Th1rt3en.

P.T.S.D. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) is a hip hop album by Pharoahe Monch, issued as a 1 disc CD in 2014 by W.A.R. Media in the US. It is the artist's fourth solo album and a concept project about post traumatic stress disorder, a severe anxiety disorder that can develop after exposure to any event that results in psychological trauma. Throughout the album Monch narrates as an independent artist weary from the war against the industry machine and the struggle of the black male experience in America. Guy Routte and Pharoahe Monch are credited as executive producers.
