Polica And S T A R G A Z E | Music For The Long Emergency | CD

Poliça is a Minneapolis group that came out of a collective. Stargaze is a musical collective led by conductor André de Ridder. The two groups first met in person in February 2016 in Berlin.

Music For The Long Emergency is a one disc CD album released by Transgressive Records in Europe on 16 February 2018. The album grew from Berlin improvisations that Ryan Olson recorded and built into tracks, which the musicians then developed in October 2016 ahead of a week-long residency in Berlin. Ryan Olson produced it, Josh Berg mixed it, and Channy Leaneagh provides the voice and lyrics.
