Gibbons, Polly | Many Faces Of Love | 2CD

Polly Gibbons is a British singer whose repertoire connects jazz, soul and blues. Her warm tone and expressive phrasing give familiar songs an individual character, while the interaction with accompanying musicians allows melodic interpretation and rhythmic flexibility to develop together.

Many Faces of Love places Polly Gibbons' expressive voice within arrangements led by pianist Tamir Hendelman. The programme connects different songs through its romantic theme while allowing the singer's tone and phrasing to draw out their contrasts. This package also includes an additional performance and behind the scenes programme.
