Andrea Bocelli | Viaggio Italiano | CD

Andrea Bocelli is an Italian tenor whose recordings span operatic repertoire, sacred music and contemporary songs. His performances place a clearly projected vocal line within orchestral, piano and other instrumental settings, connecting classical singing with a wider crossover repertoire.

Viaggio Italiano presents Andrea Bocelli's interpretations of Italian vocal repertoire. This CD programme connects operatic and song material through the tenor's phrasing, with orchestral settings supporting the contrasting musical character of the pieces.
